GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DANCEOUT
Established in Amsterdam
By taking out a subscription or purchasing a 10-class pass, the participant declares agreement with the terms and conditions below.
Article 1 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all subscriptions, 10-class passes, and services of Danceout.
By registering, the participant enters into a payment obligation in accordance with the chosen product.
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Article 2 – Products
Danceout offers the following products:
Flex subscription (2 months)
Half-year subscription (6 months)
Annual subscription (12 months)
10-class pass (for single classes)
The start date of a subscription is visible in the personal account via Trainin.
The participant is responsible for checking the duration and notice period.
Article 3 – Flex Subscription (2 months)
The Flex subscription is entered into for a fixed period of 2 months.
After this period, the subscription is automatically renewed for another 2-month period.
The Flex subscription has a notice period of one month.
Cancellation must be submitted no later than one month before the end of the current 2-month period.
If cancellation is not submitted on time, the subscription will be automatically renewed.
Cancellation is only possible via:
the cancellation form on the website,
email to info@danceout.nl,
or via the Trainin app.
The date of receipt counts as the official cancellation date.
Cancellation with retroactive effect is not possible.
Refunds of subscription fees are not possible.
Article 4 – Half-Year and Annual Subscription
The half-year subscription is entered into for a fixed period of 6 months.
The annual subscription is entered into for a fixed period of 12 months.
After the chosen period ends, the subscription is automatically renewed for the same period (respectively 6 or 12 months).
Both subscriptions have a notice period of one month.
Cancellation must be submitted no later than one month before the end of the current subscription period.
If cancellation is not submitted on time, the subscription will automatically renew for a new period of the same duration.
Cancellation is only possible via:
the cancellation form on the website,
email to info@danceout.nl,
or via the Trainin app.
The date of receipt counts as the official cancellation date.

Refunds of subscription fees are not possible.
Article 5 – 10-Class Pass
The 10-class pass is only valid for single classes.
The 10-class pass is not valid for participation in 8-week courses.
The 10-class pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
After the expiration date, any remaining classes automatically expire.
Extension of the validity period is not possible.
Refunds of (remaining) classes are not possible.
The 10-class pass is personal and non-transferable.
Article 6 – Class Schedule and Changes
Danceout reserves the right to adjust the class schedule, class times, teachers, and locations if necessary.
Changes will be communicated in a timely manner via email, the Trainin app, and/or group communication (such as WhatsApp).
Changes do not entitle participants to a refund of subscription fees.
In the event of long-term closure due to force majeure, the subscription period may be reasonably extended.
Article 7 – Exceptions for Early Termination
Early termination during an ongoing subscription period is only possible in the case of:
Relocation to another place of residence making participation in Danceout classes reasonably impossible, provided this can be demonstrated with proof of address change.
A medically demonstrable long-term injury preventing participation for longer than 30 days (with a doctor’s statement).
In the case of a long-term injury, the subscription may be paused for a maximum of 2 months. The duration of the subscription will be extended by the length of the pause.
The following situations do not entitle the participant to termination or refund:
Holidays
Work or schedule changes
Study
Pregnancy
Personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction with classes or changes of instructors
Article 8 – Payment
Payment is made via direct debit or online payment.
In case of failed direct debit, the subscription may be blocked.
Outstanding amounts may be increased with reasonable administrative costs.
Article 9 – Conduct
Danceout is a safe community.
Disrespectful, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
Article 10 – Liability
Participation in classes and activities of Danceout is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Danceout is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Danceout is not liable for physical injury or harm occurring during or as a result of the classes.
If Danceout is liable, this liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant in the relevant subscription period.
Article 11 – Media
Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events.
This material may be used for promotional purposes.
If a participant objects to the use of visual material, this must be communicated in writing in advance.
Article 12 – Changes to Terms and Conditions
Danceout reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions.
Amended terms will be published on the website and will apply from the date of publication.
